Bonnat Chocolate
The Bonnat family has been making chocolate in Voiron, France, since 1884. The bars are each made from a single 'grand cru' chocolate bean and all have a 75% cocoa content. The range of flavours includes Cote d'Ivoire, Madagascar, Trinite and a range of Indonesian milk chocolates with an unusually high cocoa content. Our bestseller by far is their signature bar, the 100% cocoa, unsweetened chocolate.
